Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Math Levels may collect, how we use it, and how to contact us about privacy questions.
Effective date: June 19, 2026
Information we collect
Math Levels asks you to sign in through a third-party authentication provider. We may receive the basic account information that provider shares with us, such as a user identifier and, when provided by the provider, an email address.
If you contact us for support, we receive the email address and message content you choose to send so we can reply and help with your request.
The app may also collect gameplay information, leaderboard scores, tournament activity, approximate device information, crash reports, diagnostics, and app usage data so we can run the service, improve the game, and fix problems.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve Math Levels, respond to support requests, operate leaderboards and multiplayer features, diagnose bugs, prevent abuse, and communicate important service updates.
We do not sell your personal information.
Leaderboards and multiplayer
If you use leaderboard, friend, or multiplayer features, your score, rank, and related gameplay activity may be visible to other players.
Payments
If Math Levels offers paid features or subscriptions, payments are handled by the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details from Apple.
Advertising
Math Levels uses Google AdMob to display advertisements in the app. To serve ads, AdMob and Google may collect and process certain information, including a device advertising identifier (such as Apple's Identifier for Advertisers or Android's Advertising ID), approximate location, IP address, and information about your interaction with ads and the app.
Google and its partners may use this information to deliver personalized (interest-based) and non-personalized advertising, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud and abuse. On supported platforms we request your permission before using your device advertising identifier for personalized ads, and you can change this choice at any time in your device settings.
You can learn how Google uses information from apps that use its services, and review your options, at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings (for example, "Limit Ad Tracking" or "Allow Apps to Request to Track" on iOS, and "Reset advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android), and through Google's Ads Settings at https://adssettings.google.com.
Service providers
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, advertising, and other operations. These providers are allowed to use information only to help us provide their services to Math Levels.
Children's privacy
Math Levels is designed for general audiences. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will review the request.
Data choices
You can contact us to ask questions, request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or raise a privacy concern. Some information may be retained when required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice when appropriate.
